Estimating Manager

Are you ready to lead a dynamic estimating team and play a vital role in winning exciting projects? We’re looking for an Estimating Manager to take ownership of our Internal Sales function, ensuring competitive, value-driven proposals and excellent client relationships.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and motivate a small team of estimators.

• Oversee and prioritise enquiries to deliver accurate, timely proposals.

• Work closely with Business Developers on major projects and key accounts.

• Maintain strong client relationships, supporting technical enquiries.

• Monitor KPIs, margins, and delivery timelines to keep projects on track.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in estimating, commercial or industrial 

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Commercially aware, highly numerate, and detail-focused.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

• Confident working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
