Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator – Part-Time
South Shropshire
Salary is £25,500 pro rata plus bonuses and commissions of c.£4,000 per annum
Permanent; Part-time; Three days per week
One Saturday for four hours – 9am to 1pm

Due to retirement of a member of the team, our client has a part-time vacancy in their experienced and welcoming Sales Team.
The Ideal Candidate
Experience is preferred however, transferable skills will be considered as they are a progressive employer who offers relevant training and qualifications.
- Industry experience within the residential property sector (desirable).
- Prior sales experience (essential).
- Confident on the phone.
- Focus on customer service.
- A willingness to tackle projects and get things done.
- Ability to work under pressure.
