Based in the heart of Portsmouth, our client is a fast-paced Sales, Customer Service and Marketing company, who represent some of the most well-known brands in the country and with current expansion means that they are looking to develop their sales team with forward thinking individuals with a passion for driving growth, and the ability to turn ideas into impactful campaigns.

What they are looking for:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
No Experience required, however experience in Sales, Marketing, Retail, Hospitality or other face-to-face Customer Service roles is a bonus.
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team-oriented environment
A creative and strategic mindset with a passion for delivering unique and exceptional customer experiences
Able to work a full time equivalent schedule, 5 days per week (Mon-Sat)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth
Generating new customer base for their clients in residential environments
Building strong connections with consumers and deliver memorable experiences that leave a lasting impression
Showcasing in-depth knowledge of brands and offering personalised recommendations
Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth

As you will be working with members of the public, you may be required to pass a background check.

No experience is required as comprehensive training and development programmes are provided from day one. With access to fantastic support and mentoring networks from seasoned professionals, you’ll have the tools and resources to excel in this dynamic and exciting self-employed, face to face sales and customer service role.

This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University) or only seeking part time roles, due to availability, our client is looking for candidates that can work 5 full days per week (Mon - Sat).
