Sales Representative - No Experience Needed - Immediate Starts Available!

Our client is currently recruiting for ambitious and bubbly sales and customer service assistants, with full time equivalent availability, due to their recent expansion and high client demand. Dealing with all aspects of our client's sales, customer service and promotions campaigns, these are varied roles requiring dedication, flexibility and a can do attitude.

This is an entry level position where no experience required.

The key attributes they are looking for are:

Professional, positive, and proactive attitude
High customer service standards
Availability to work 4-5 full days per week (between Monday and Saturday)
Effective communicator, both spoken and written, in English due to nature of the role

Previous experience in sales or customer service is not required, as you will have access to comprehensive client and product-specific coaching. However, previous skills in catering, hospitality, retail, restaurants, bartending, call centres, customer service, or sales are welcome. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in this sector.

Key Aspects of the Role Include:

Generating New Customer Base for Their Clients: This involves actively seeking out and engaging potential new customers who would benefit from the clients' products or services. This might involve various strategies such as:

Proactive Outreach: Identifying and contacting potential leads through phone calls, emails, social media, or networking.
Lead Generation Activities: Participating in campaigns, events, designed to attract new prospects.
Building Relationships: Establishing initial rapport and understanding the needs of potential customers.
Presenting Value Propositions: Clearly articulating the benefits and advantages of the clients' offerings to new audiences.
Meeting Acquisition Targets: Contributing to the overall goal of expanding the clients' customer base.
