An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join a reputable legal practice in the Windsor area. They are seeking a Solicitor with the ability to work on matters independently.
Duties:
- Advising mainly employee clients on employment law matters such as settlement agreements and unfair dismissal claims.
- Will include Discrimination claims, Whistleblowing, Union detriment and other Union related claims, TUPE and claims with multiple claimants.
- Keeping up to date with all legal and regulatory developments.
- Advising Union Officers when required.
- Keeping up to date with employment law.
- Time recording & billing to target.
Desired Skills:
- Qualified solicitor with 8+ years PQE.
- Possess a strong background in Employment law, including court and tribunal work.
- Be a team player and able to manage a caseload independently.
- Excellent technical and client care skills.
- Business development and networking skills.

- Salary dependent on experience circa £59,000+
