Contract: Permanent



Rate : £42-43k Basic Salary with expected earnings to be £50k+ within working hours



Location: Epsom



Working Hours per Week: 40 Hours



Start Date: ASAP



 



My client is currently looking for an Electrician to work in social housing properties. We are looking to recruit Electricians on their behalf to interview and start immediately. This role is based in and around the Epsom area. Expected earnings are £50k+ a year due to a scheme this company has in place where they will pay you overtime during your normal working hours if you take on additional work after completing all the jobs in the day



 



The ideal candidate has worked within the social housing sector but also has knowledge of Heating Controls. 



 



Day to day work will consist of you going into occupied social housing properties and you will be doing reactive maintenance roles within these social housing properties. Being able to work alone or as a part of a team is essential as well. You will be supplied with a company van to get to and from properties as well as a fuel card.



 



The ideal candidate will have the following:




  • Full UK Driver’s License

  • Social Housing Experience

  • Relevant qualifications - 18th Edition (Essential), NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (Essential) and 2391 (Preferred)
