We are now seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join this dynamic team. You’ll lead the electrical delivery on high-end leisure and residential developments, with a focus on major fit-out packages. Your role will involve overseeing subcontractors, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring smooth coordination with design and client teams from pre-construction through to handover.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in the residential and leisure sectors.


• Strong fit-out experience especially on high-value, complex builds.


• Ability to manage full MEP coordination and subcontractor performance.


• Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, drawings, and UK building regulations.


• Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and communication skills.


• Ideally, experience on major projects (£100m+) or involvement in phases of larger master plans.


• Being tech savvy is advantageous.
