We’re currently working with a leading UK service provider who is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a well-established building services team on a prestigious site based in Guildford.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer looking for a stable days-only role within a professional FM environment.

The Role:

You’ll be responsible for carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical systems and associated building services plant.

Key duties include:

• Electrical maintenance and fault finding

• PPMs and reactive repairs

• Emergency lighting and compliance checks

• Supporting wider building services maintenance

• Updating works via CAFM systems

• Ensuring all works are completed safely and efficiently

Requirements:

• Qualified Electrical Engineer (Level 3 / 18th Edition preferred)

• Experience within commercial building services or FM

• Strong fault-finding and maintenance ability

• Client-facing and professional attitude
