Electrical Engineer

An established and growing food manufacturing company seeks a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to lead and support electrical engineering activities across its production facilities. The role involves overseeing electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting the engineering team with commissioning, design, and fault resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and specify LV/HV systems, control panels, and instrumentation


• Support commissioning and fault-finding on production equipment


• Ensure compliance with UK electrical standards and food safety regulations


• Mentor junior engineers and support project delivery

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of power distribution, motor control, and automation


• Proficient in AutoCAD or EPLAN


• Understanding of BS 7671, IEC standards, and food production environments
