Electrical Construction Manager

Electrical Construction Manager – Central London – £300M Commercial Office Fit-Out – 12 Month Contract – up to £400 per day (CIS/Ltd)

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join a flagship £300 million commercial office fit-out project located in the heart of London. This is a high-profile development offering the opportunity to work on a landmark scheme with a leading main contractor.

The Role

As Electrical Construction Manager, you will take full ownership of the electrical package from installation through to commissioning and handover. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of the project, maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the electrical package on site


• Oversee and coordinate electrical subcontractors and specialist suppliers


• Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality expectations


• Drive health & safety compliance across all electrical activities


• Review and manage technical submittals, drawings, and specifications


• Liaise with the design team to resolve technical issues efficiently


• Monitor progress, produce reports, and communicate updates to senior project stakeholders


• Support commissioning, snagging, and final handover processes

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Manager on large-scale commercial projects


• Strong background in managing MEP/electrical packages on high-value developments


• Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills


• Solid understanding of current electrical regulations and industry standards


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment


• Strong communication and coordination skills
