Electrical Building Services Engineer (Intermediate)

£30k to £40k

An opportunity now exists for an Electrical Building Services Engineer to join our team in Banbridge.

Benefits: 4-day week, Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm, Off Fridays, Pension.

Assist with:

• Design of Electrical Building Services on a large variety of projects.


• Collaborating with other in-house design disciplines.


• Producing briefs, specifications, design drawings, survey work, and cost estimates.


• Undertaking surveys and writing technical reports.


• Participating in design team and site meetings.


• Developing within a team of engineers.

Experience:

• Degree qualified in Building Services / Electrical Engineering.


• Knowledge and experience of Building Regulations.


• 3+ years' experience in a Building Services Design.


• Experienced in AutoCAD and BIM.

• Excellent communication skills and happy to liaise with clients.
