ECS Gold Card Electrician
Overview
Our client is seeking a skilled ECS Gold Card Electrician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This role requires a keen attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards while performing electrical installations, and testing.
Duties:
- Electrical installations and equipment in the water industry.
- Read and interpret cable loop and schematic drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of electrical systems.
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards during all work activities.
- Collaborate with other contractors on job sites to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an ECS Gold Card Electrician in the water industry.
- EUSR card desirable.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, circuits, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools specific to electrical work.
- Ability to work at heights or in confined spaces as required by job specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in electrical installation and testing 2391 are desirable.
- A valid driver's licence may be required for travel between job sites.

Pay: £18 - £20 / hour DOE
Expected Hours: No more than 50 per week
Additional pay: Yearly bonus
