In this role, you will oversee and expand our presence across various marketplaces and e-commerce platforms. Your responsibilities will include managing market sales, optimising product listings, and ensuring smooth operations through efficient inventory and order management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with retail customers to convert them into wholesale buyers while maintaining long-term relationships.
- Manage and optimise product listings to enhance visibility and drive conversions.
- Monitor sales performance and trends, implementing strategic pricing to maximise revenue.
- Handle order processing, inventory management, and provide exemplary customer service.
- Run targeted promotions and collaborate with influencers to boost brand awareness.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and strive to improve seller ratings.
Ideal Candidate:
- A minimum of one year of experience in sales or a recent graduate eager to learn.
- Familiarity with online selling platforms is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong management skills with a focus on client relations.
- Proficient in MS Office and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- An analytical mindset with a passion for sales and e-commerce.
