E Commerce / Data Administrator, Hybrid, Part Time, £12.50-£13.50ph
We are working with an exceptional family run clothing retailer, who offer designer clothing for many occasions. They are searching for an e commerce / data administrator, based in their head office in Enniskillen.
This job entails –
- File management
- Providing customers with an exceptional online shopping experience
- Liaising with work colleagues and Management regularly
- EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) date entry
- Processing and tracking orders for customers, ensuring that goods are delivered/invoiced and deal with any issues arising when necessary.
- Assist in maintaining, managing and updating product listings on the e-commerce platforms.
- Utilize Excel to analyse sales data, track inventory, and generate reports.
- Knowledge of HTML (Hypertext Markup Language)
- Support the team in daily operational tasks and online store maintenance.
- Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to update promotional content and to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Continuously learn and apply new e-commerce tools and technologies.

You will need –
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel formulas and data analysing.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience or knowledge in e-commerce, sales administrations is advantageous.
