£40,000 to £50,000 per annum (Negotiable DOE) + Performance Bonus

Monday–Friday, 9–5 (Flexible Hours Available)

I’m recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead and grow a domiciliary care service delivering high-quality, person-centred care across Northern Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive provider where you’ll have real autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to shape the service.

The Role:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a domiciliary care service


• Ensure full compliance with RQIA standards


• Manage recruitment, training, and development of staff


• Oversee care planning, quality, and risk management


• Build strong relationships with service users, families, and Trusts

About You:

• Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or working towards)


• NISCC registered


• Proven experience in domiciliary care management


• Strong knowledge of RQIA requirements


• A hands-on leader with drive, initiative, and a passion for quality care
