Digital Accounting Solutions Manager responsibilities

• Drive the adoption, optimisation, and integration of the firm’s Cloud AppStack, including Xero, Dext, and Fathom.


• Act as a subject matter expert for finance technology, supporting internal teams and providing high-level consultancy to clients.


• Translate complex client requirements into practical, automated cloud accounting workflows and digital finance solutions.


• Support the Head of Digital Finance in strategic initiatives and serve as a deputy lead for the department.

As the successful candidate you will

• Be ACA or ACCA qualified, though part-qualified candidates with exceptional technical experience will be considered.


• Possess proven experience in managing digital transformation projects and change management within a professional services environment.


• Hold advanced certifications in major cloud platforms such as Xero, Dext, or Fathom.


• Have a track record of supporting clients through the full lifecycle of finance system migrations and process improvements.
