Our client is seeking a Development Manager to join their growing team and support the planning and development of their expanding portfolio of land and properties. This is an exciting step up for someone looking to move into a client-side environment where you can directly influence project outcomes.
This role blends planning expertise with development management, including preparing feasibility sketches, elevations and engaging in public consultations to shape schemes that deliver commercial value. You will also assist with acquisitions, supporting site visits and appraisals.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a truly client-side role where your work will directly influence the shape and success of commercial and mixed-use developments. Unlike purely advisory positions, this role offers the chance to own projects from the earliest feasibility stages through to planning and beyond, working with a highly skilled in-house team.
