Role Overview

OCS is currently recruiting for a Deep Clean Team Colleague to join our passionate and driven team in Newcastle, working across the North & Central Regions. 

As a member of the OCS Deep Clean Team, you will be leading by example, guiding, and getting the most out of your team as well as being an ambassador for excellence.

You will be a champion for OCS & the client, living and breathing the behaviours and being passionate about service expectations. Making critical decisions and delegating on your own will be a large part of being successful in this role, as well as forming strong working relationships with key stakeholders and meeting expectations for your region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The implementation and delivery of the client’s cleaning specifications and its services across your designated areas.
  • Working to industry standards, using bespoke company specifications and methods. By using the training provided and your proven experience, select the correct materials, tools and equipment to ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Must be able to follow RAMS and follow our companies H & S procedures and policies.
  • Ensure equipment used is validated and is in a safe and working condition
  • Ensure working areas are maintained in a clean and safe manner
  • Take ownership for stock control ensuring robust practices are in place for the management and reporting of these of processes.
  • Ensure all training requirements are in place and that staff are suitably trained to undertake their role and fulfil their responsibilities whilst being a mentor for development.
  • You will lead in the Supervision of the client’s contract, ensuring services meet the requirements of interface with the clients, service providers and stakeholders, to ensure the expectations are being met and any additional services can be supported.
  • Be proactive in your management approach and have you finger on the pulse of all aspects of the business.
