Are you organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment? Our growing haulage company based in Ipswich is seeking a reliable Data Input Administrator to support our operations team.



What Youll Be Doing:

- Inputting and updating delivery schedules, load manifests, and transport data into internal systems

- Cross-checking documents and records for accuracy

- Liaising with drivers, dispatchers, and customers to ensure smooth logistics flow

- Supporting the accounts and compliance departments with admin tasks



What Youll Bring:

- Strong data entry skills with an eye for detail

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and transport management systems (TMS)

- Ability to multitask and work to deadlines

- Previous experience in logistics, transport or haulage (preferred but not essential)

- A proactive and team-focused approach
