Role Overview
They are seeking a thorough and detail-oriented Data Input Administrator to support the Compliance Department. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining client-related and compliance-related data within lender and internal systems, ensuring that all information aligns with regulatory and internal standards. You will play a vital part in maintaining the integrity of their compliance framework by helping the team manage documentation and reporting efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and update client, transaction, and compliance data into lender systems, internal CRM, and compliance systems.
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date records for regulatory submissions, audits, and internal reviews.
- Verify documentation against compliance checklists to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support the Compliance team with administrative tasks including file management, data reconciliation, and reporting.
- Ensure that all tasks are completed in accordance with GDPR and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
Essential:
- Previous experience in data entry, administration, or compliance support, preferably within financial services or a mortgage brokerage.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry systems.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with compliance processes within financial or mortgage services.
- Experience with CRM or compliance management systems.
- Understanding of FCA regulations and mortgage compliance standards.
