This is your opportunity to join a leading shipping company who are seeking for a Customs Agent to join their highly successful team on a permanent full-time basis

About you…

• Previous experience in a customs clearance or freight forwarding environment


• Experience of using customs systems


• Proficient with MS Office

Duties…

• Prepare and submit accurate import and export declarations


• Review shipping documentation, ensure they meet all regulatory requirements.


• Work with clients, freight forwarders, and hauliers


• Operate port community systems and customs software to process entries and updates.


• Ensure all customs data is correctly filed and archived for audit and compliance purposes.


• Investigate and resolve discrepancies and delays


• Other adhoc duties
