We are working with an excellent engineering firm based in Dungannon to recruit for their new permanent Customer Support Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis.

Working within the Global Support Team you will work and liaise with their customers and internal teams to ensure customer technical issues, parts orders and warranty work is completed on time!

Duties will include;

• Liaise with customers on queries & parts orders


• Order processing


• Schedule and coordinate engineers


• All associated administrative duties

What we are looking for&

• Experienced within a similar role, ideally within an engineering / manufacturing environment

• Strong communication skills

• Confident IT skills
