Customer Success Specialist

As a Customer Success Specialist at our client, your primary responsibility will be to provide continuous support to ensure customer satisfaction with the software system.

The Job Role:

  • Conduct online tutorials to assist customers in maximising their user experience. 
  • Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce to ensure efficient communication and support. 
  • Focus on customer engagement and communicate the benefits of their software consistently. 
  • Creatively and effectively resolve customer queries to ensure customer satisfaction. 
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet performance metrics and stay informed about industry trends. 

What They’re Seeking in a Candidate: 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. 
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or willingness to learn. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • Prior experience in the Care sector or customer support is a plus.

This is a hybrid role – onsite in our client’s Monmouth office for three days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining two days. 

The annual salary is £25,000 plus the following benefits:
