We are working with a successful NI business based in the Duncrue area of Belfast to appoint their new permanent Customer Service / Sales Support Administrator.

Office based in Duncrue and paying between £27k - £29k plus generous benefits.

Joining a busy and supportive commercial team you will;

• Liaising with customers on their orders


• Ensuring accurate order details are recorded and processed


• Liaising with internal teams on customer work and updating


• All associated customer administration

What we are looking for…

• 1 + years’ experience gained in a customer service / sales support role


• Confident communication and interpersonal skills


• Sound level of IT literacy
