Data Entry Specialist - Finance
Contract: 12-month fixed term contract, full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Location: Home based, fully remote
Salary: £23,809.50 per annum
As a Data Entry Specialist within our client’s Finance team, you’ll be responsible for accurately recording charges for their clients onto their billing system. Working closely with operational and invoicing teams, you’ll ensure all data is entered efficiently, any anomalies are flagged, and billing deadlines are met.
This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail and the ability to process high volumes of transactions are key. If you're organised, confident using Excel, and enjoy working collaboratively to keep things running smoothly, our client would love to hear from you!
Main Objectives:
Responsibility for adding charges for their A&D clients onto their billing system. Ensuring these are recorded accurately and timely and working with finance team to resolve queries and anomalies.
