Customer Services Representative, east Belfast

We are working a successful NI business based in east Belfast to recruit for their Customer Service Administrator / Representative to join them in a 1-year contract and starting ASAP.

Working within a busy team you will be providing excellent customer service and sales administrative support, this will include;

• Liaising with customers, capturing and processing sales orders


• Build effective relationships with key customers and the associated Sales Reps


• Ensure that the customer is receiving information in a timely and efficient manner

• Maintain up-to-date customer records and ensure that orders and relating documents are filed in an organised manner to allow quick retrieval
