Customer Service Administrator - Part Time

Join Our Team as a Customer Service Administrator at Our New Royal Tunbridge Wells Clinic!
Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM | 25 hours per week

We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Administrator to join our team at the new Royal Tunbridge Wells Clinic. In this role, your excellent communication skills—whether face-to-face or over the phone—will be essential in creating a positive experience for our patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will:

  • Warmly welcome patients and visitors, guiding them to the right departments.
  • Manage telephone and email inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Handle patient correspondence while adhering to service quality standards and GDPR regulations.
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring accurate records are maintained.

What We're Looking For:

Essential:

  • Previous experience in high-end hospitality or an administrative role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Desirable:

  • Experience working as an administrator in a clinical setting.
