Customer / Sales Order Administrator, Ballymena



 



We are working with a long-standing NI business to recruit for their new permanent Customer / Sales Order Administrator, working Monday to Thursday 830am to 530pm and 1pm Friday finishes!



 



Joining their busy customer / sales order team and reporting into management you will work with customers on orders where duties will include;




  • Liaising with customers on orders, pricing and queries

  • Sales order processing

  • Ongoing liaison with customers and internal teams on orders and order updates

  • Sales and order reporting

  • Providing best in class customer service

  • All associated administration



 



What we are looking for….




  • Experience gained within a similar role

  • Strong customer skills including confident communication skills

  • Sound level of IT literacy
