While no prior experience is required due to their development program, experience in the following areas may give you a head start: Retail, warehouse, administration, warehouse operative, administrator, receptionist, customer service, sales, retail manager, marketing, sales assistant, cleaner, retail sales assistant, customer service advisor, direct sales, promotions, events coordinator, or any hotel, front-of-house, or bar experience. This is because a background in these sectors often develops a strong work ethic and valuable sales and customer service skills.
