Our client is expanding their Liverpool city centre office due to increased client demand and is looking for enthusiastic, confident individuals to join their direct sales and customer service team. If you’re ready to progress within a fast-paced sales and customer service environment, our client wants to hear from you.

The Role:

You’ll be representing clients in a customer-facing environment, delivering high levels of service while developing strong communication and sales skills. Full coaching, mentoring and product training are provided, so previous experience is not essential. This is a self-employed opportunity with performance-based earnings, incentives and rewards.

Our client cannot offer opportunities to international students or those in full-time education.

What They’re Looking For:

  • This opportunity is full-time (4/5 days per week, Monday–Saturday)
  • Applicants must have the right to work full-time in the UK without restrictions
  • This role is suitable for graduates but not for individuals currently in full-time education
  • Confident communicators who enjoy working with people
  • Fluent English speakers (face-to-face customer interaction)
  • Ambitious individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable candidates able to attend the Liverpool office daily
  • Some form of customer-facing experience is ideal (retail, hospitality, customer service, etc.)

They offer coaching for all applicants and mentor them in all aspects of their clients and customers so a lack of experience won't hold you back. Full product training and sales coaching are provided to help you excel in this face-to-face field sales campaign role. Excellent commission (pay per acquisition) structure, at the beginning you could earn on average between £25k - £30k per annum!

Our client offers a flexible schedule and financial bonus's and incentives to supplement earnings and reward hard work and hitting targets.

Those with the following experience tend to flourish in this commission-based, self-employed role: Sales, Retail Assistant, Customer Service, Labourer, Promotional Staff, Waiting Staff, Warehouse Assistant, Front of House, Creative Fields, Hospitality, Marketing Assistants, Care Assistant, Shop Assistant, Call Centre, however all possessing high levels of Customer Service and excellent work ethic.

Our client welcomes those who have recently completed/graduated (School/College/University) looking for full time equivalent career opportunities, 4/5 days per week (Between Mon-Sat).
