Job Type: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 09.00 – 17.00 (Office Based)

Salary: £26k – £35K

Role Overview

Our client is looking for someone who’s ready to take the next step in their career — perhaps you’ve been in a similar role for a few years and are looking for more responsibility, variety, and the chance to progress.

You’ll bring experience in customer service or fulfilment, and ideally, have taken on some level of managerial or project ownership — whether that’s mentoring others, leading processes, or managing day-to-day operations.

While this is still a hands-on, admin-focused role, our client is looking for someone who takes pride in execution and is ready to grow with them. As the business continues to expand, this role is expected to evolve over the next 6 to 12 months into a more senior position with increased ownership and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a seamless experience from purchase to post-event feedback.
  • Manage the fulfilment process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of tickets and packages.
  • Communicate professionally with clients via email and phone, providing updates and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and fulfilment progress using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of client bookings.
  • Assist in resolving any client queries or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Uphold high standards of presentation and professionalism in all client interactions.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer service, fulfilment, or administrative role (preferably within hospitality, events, or a similar industry).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Professional and hard-working attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • A well-presented and professional image that reflects their high standards.
