Our client is looking for a well-organised and motivated person. They have a full-time position for a Customer Services Account Manager who will manage a portfolio of accounts working as part of a busy, fast paced team This is initially a 4-month contract with a view to go permanent.
Main Duties
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries by processing orders, quotes, and other requests
- Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure quotes and works are completed timely
- Manage administration behind all customer orders
- Keep in touch with customers throughout order process

- £26K - paid weekly
- 25 days holiday once permanent
