Credit Controller - Part-time
We are working with a leading Ballymena based business to recruit for their new permanent part-time Credit Controller.
Office based, working 8-5 Monday, Wednesday and Friday with flex working and offering a generous package and progression opportunities.
Joining their wider accounts team with focus on credit control whilst supporting the finance team, duties will include;
Manage and monitor customer credit accounts
Assess creditworthiness and set credit limits
Ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices
Follow up on overdue accounts via phone, email, and statements
Prepare aging reports and cash collection forecasts
Maintain accurate customer and payment records
Liaise with sales, finance, and customer service teams
Support month-end reporting and audits
What we are looking for:
• 2–5 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable
• Knowledge of credit management and collection procedures
• Experience with accounting/ERP systems
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
