Credit Controller PT

Credit Controller - Part-time



We are working with a leading Ballymena based business to recruit for their new permanent part-time Credit Controller.



Office based, working 8-5 Monday, Wednesday and Friday with flex working and offering a generous package and progression opportunities.



Joining their wider accounts team with focus on credit control whilst supporting the finance team, duties will include;





  • Manage and monitor customer credit accounts




  • Assess creditworthiness and set credit limits




  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices




  • Follow up on overdue accounts via phone, email, and statements




  • Prepare aging reports and cash collection forecasts




  • Maintain accurate customer and payment records




  • Liaise with sales, finance, and customer service teams




  • Support month-end reporting and audits





What we are looking for:



    • 2–5 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable



    • Knowledge of credit management and collection procedures



    • Experience with accounting/ERP systems



    • Strong Excel and reporting skills
