We have an opportunity to join a highly regarded Financial Services Company as a part-time Credit Controller.
The Role:
- Coordinating and tracking accurate and timely invoicing/collections.
- Overseeing and carrying out collection strategies.
- Working with management to develop suitable repayment schedules.
- Contacting account holders to ensure Standing Orders are set up, reviewing on both ends.
- Act as main point of contact with account holders, queries, and collection matters.
- Ensure accurate and detailed input and maintenance of data on CRM System.
- Assist with implementation and continuous improvement of collection practices.
The Person:
- Relevant experience in a busy credit control position
- High level of knowledge and understanding of off admin, accounting, and invoicing/collections
- Excellent time management and prioritising skills.
- Excellent IT skills with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
