Credit Control Assistant
Location: Enderby, Leicester
Full Time; Monday – Friday
Salary: £22,857 – £27,000 dependant on age and experience

About the Role
As our client’s Credit Control Assistant, you will play a key part in maintaining and improving their credit control processes. Your day-to-day will include:
- Communicating with clients to chase upcoming and overdue payments.
- Managing their accounts inbox and CRM records with great attention to detail.
- Supporting the finance and cancellations teams.
- Assisting with small claims and solicitor communications when needed.
- Helping across administration duties during absences.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and clear communication at every stage.

- Confidence to deal with clients over the phone and by email.

- Basic IT/documentation skills.
Experience in credit control or accounts is great — but not essential. Full training will be provided!
