Creative Marketing Executive required for a new, permanent role in the Teesside area. This is based within the construction sector, working for a new house builder.
The Role
Ensuring that all marketing materials, communications, and visuals align with the company’s target market and brand.
Developing clear messaging that highlights the unique selling points (USPs) of properties or developments, crafting narratives around them.
Designing brochures, adverts, social media content, and other promotional materials. This includes creating brochures, flyers, graphics, and selecting appropriate imagery to represent the properties
Overseeing the design and content of our website & relevant portals to ensure they are user-friendly, SEO-optimised, and visually appealing.
Designing email campaigns to promote new properties, developments, and upcoming events.
Developing online and offline advertising campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, social media ads, print media, billboards, etc.) to drive traffic and lead generation.
Organising and promoting commercial property events including event materials and signage.
Providing marketing and design assets that help colleagues close deals with branded collateral. Ensuring that marketing efforts align with targets and are within budget.
Using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM systems to monitor the success of campaigns and design efforts.
Analysing metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement, and lead generation to refine strategies and improve performance.
Working with third-party agencies for specialised tasks, like co-ordinating advertising campaigns
Organising professional photo/video shoots for properties to capture high-quality imagery and videos for listings, websites, and marketing materials.
Overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns and design projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Managing collaboration with colleagues to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.
The Person
Applicants will ideally have a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in a creative or design-led role.
Graphic design proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva or similar.
Website management: Understanding of HTML/CSS, WordPress, or other content management systems.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
Project management abilities: Handling multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office packages
