Job Description:
We are currently seeking a CPCS / NPORS Plant Marshal to join our team on a large-scale new build housing development. This project is set to run for 2 years, offering excellent continuity of work and the opportunity to gain solid experience on a well-organised and professionally managed site.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely guide and assist the movement of plant and vehicles on and off the site
Support the safe coordination of deliveries and vehicle transitions around the site
Ensure safety protocols are adhered to at all times
Work alongside site management to maintain a controlled traffic environment
Requirements:
Valid CPCS or NPORS Plant Marshal qualification
A reasonable understanding of traffic and plant marshalling duties
Previous experience on construction or housing development projects preferred
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
