Corporate Tax Senior Manager responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage corporate tax engagements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery


• Act as the main point of contact for client tax matters and strategic advice


• Supervise, mentor, and develop tax teams, conducting appraisals and reviews


• Review corporate tax computations and returns, ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations


• Advise on complex UK corporate tax issues, including CT600, group relief, R&D, and capital allowances


• Support business development through client proposals and expanding service offerings


• Oversee engagement budgets, WIP, and billing, ensuring profitability and risk management

As an Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you will:

• CTA qualified


• Over 7 years’ Corporate Tax experience


• Extensive experience working on a portfolio of clients


• Experience identifying opportunities for business development


• Experience managing a team undertaking a leadership
