Corporate Tax Manager responsibilities

  Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, serving as the primary point of contact for complex technical queries and strategic tax planning.

  
  


• 
  

  Lead and oversee the delivery of high-end tax advisory projects, including R&D tax credits, group restructuring, and international tax cross-border issues.

  
  


• 
  

  Act as a key member of the tax leadership group, contributing to the strategic direction of the department and identifying new business opportunities.

  
  


• 
  

  Mentor and develop a dedicated team of junior staff, providing technical guidance and conducting performance reviews to support their career progression.

  
  

As the successful candidate you will

• 
  

  Be ACA, ACCA, or CTA Qualified with at least 4 years of post-qualified experience specifically within corporate tax.

  
  


• 
  

  Demonstrate a strong track record of managing significant client relationships and complex portfolios.

  
  


• 
  

  Have experience in leading and developing junior team members within a professional practice environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Possess a proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to translate complex tax legislation into commercial advice.
