Responsibilities

  Acting as a senior technical resource for the corporate tax compliance team on complex matters.

  Leading and supporting a variety of advisory projects including restructures, group planning, and transactions.

  Managing a portfolio of international tax issues and R&D claims.

  
  


• 
  

  Identifying and converting new business opportunities through active networking and proposal preparation.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborating with Partners and other service lines to deliver holistic client solutions.

  Staying abreast of market developments and economic factors affecting the corporate tax landscape.

  
  

As a Corporate Tax Director you will:
