Responsibilities





  • Lead and manage key client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and proactive advisory across all engagements.




  • Oversee the execution of complex mandates, including mid-market M&A, fundraising, capital advisory, and strategic transactions.




  • Drive the expansion of the Financial Services Corporate Finance offering by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.




  • Act as a senior technical leader, ensuring all work adheres to Conduct Risk frameworks and high professional standards.




  • Promote the firm’s reputation in the market through active networking and contribution to commercial strategy.





As a Corporate Finance Director you will:





  • Lead, develop, and inspire a team of professionals, fostering a culture of technical and commercial excellence.




  • Serve as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, providing deep insights into the Financial Services sector.




  • Manage the full lifecycle of client engagements, from initial business development to final execution.




  • Support the professional growth of junior team members through active mentorship and technical guidance.




  • Collaborate with Partners to shape the long-term strategic direction of the Corporate Finance practice.
