Their London-based Capital & Debt Advisory team is highly regarded for its independence and objective approach, consistently delivering bespoke financing solutions for a diverse range of private equity, corporate, and sovereign clients.
Associate Director responsibilities
Lead the execution and origination of complex debt transactions, managing projects from initial proposal through to successful completion.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, lenders, and legal advisors, coordinating multiple workstreams to ensure seamless deal delivery.
Oversee the production of high-quality transaction documentation, including management presentations, information packs, term sheets, and complex LBO models.
Support business development initiatives by developing pitch materials, identifying market opportunities, and mentoring junior team members to foster a high-performance culture.
As the successful candidate you will
Have significant experience in leveraged finance or debt advisory from a top-tier bank, boutique, or professional services firm.
Possess advanced financial modelling skills, specifically regarding LBOs, covenant calculations, and financing overlays.
Hold a relevant professional qualification (such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA).
Demonstrate a proven track record of managing transaction teams and delivering board-level presentations.
