M&A Director responsibilities

  Lead the execution of complex mid-market M&A transactions, including disposals, acquisitions, and management buy-outs.

  
  


• 
  

  Take a proactive role in business development, identifying new lead advisory opportunities and building long-term relationships with PE houses and private clients.

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee and mentor a high-achieving team of Managers and Executives, ensuring high standards of delivery and professional development.

  
  


• 
  

  Contribute to the strategic direction of the Corporate Finance department, working closely with the Partner group to expand the firm’s market share in London.

  
  

As the successful candidate you will

• 
  

  Be ACA or ACCA Qualified with significant post-qualified experience specifically within Corporate Finance Lead Advisory.

  
  


• 
  

  Have a proven track record of managing a diverse portfolio of deals and leading transaction teams.

  
  


• 
  

  Possess strong networking capabilities with the ability to originate fees and build a robust pipeline of work.
