Contracts Manager

We're currently hiring an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple M&E projects across the Greater Dublin Area.

Location: Dublin (open to candidates commuting from Newry and surrounding areas)

Salary: €70,000-€85,000 (DOE) + company van, fuel, devices & uniform

The Role:

You'll lead 3-5 projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. You'll manage subcontractors, coordinate site activities, oversee procurement, and maintain strong client and supplier relationships.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years' experience in the M&E sector


• Proven experience managing residential/commercial projects (high-rise preferred)


• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills


• Proficiency in construction software (e.g. Procore)
