Overview

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and quality standards while maintaining strong commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover


• Lead programme planning, resource allocation, and site coordination


• Monitor costs, forecasts, and commercial performance (CVR reporting)


• Ensure contractual obligations and notices are administered correctly


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors


• Lead site meetings and drive progress against programme targets


• Oversee procurement and subcontractor engagement


• Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards

Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple construction projects


• Strong commercial awareness and cost control capability


• Excellent knowledge of contracts, programme management, and risk mitigation


• Effective leadership and stakeholder management skills


• Strong communication and reporting ability


• Relevant site certifications (e.g. SMSTS, CSCS) preferred
