Role: Contracts Manager

Location: Projects across the UK and Ireland (Headquartered in Northern Ireland)

Hours: Full-time

Pay: £60,000 - £80,000

An established and highly respected fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of high-end commercial fit-out projects

The Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role within fit-out or construction


• Strong knowledge of building regulations, contracts (JCT, NEC, D&B), and compliance


• Familiarity with BIM processes and BREEAM requirements


• Current and relevant H&S certification


• CDM/Principal Designer experience is highly desirable


• Proficiency in digital tools like Procore, Conject, or similar file management systems


• Experience with high-end or bespoke fit-out projects is essential
