A position has become available for one of our clients. Due to their growth this year they are looking to hire a Contracts Manager with a Construction / M&E / FM / Capital Works Projects background.

The Contracts Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific contracts.

They specialise in delivering services in Social Housing, Facilities Management, and Commercial Industries across the UK and Ireland.

Day to Day:

• Project / Contract delivery on Capital Works Projects in NI.


• Plan, implement and deliver projects according to programme, budget and quality. 


• Health and safety, policies and procedures, comply with legislation and statutory duties.


• Procurement, supply and material management, subcontractor management.

• Project tracking, project reporting and site audit reports.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Degree educated in Construction / Engineering / Business Management.


• 2+ years of experience in Contracts Management within Construction.


• Experience with Project Management, Planning, Man Management.


• Excellent numeracy skills, commercial awareness, and customer service.


• Ability to resolve problems and make accurate business decisions.


• UK Driving Licence and access to a car.
