My client is seeking a Contracts Manager to work on a number of planned maintenance contracts in South-East London.
The successful Contracts Manager will be responsible for the delivery of one of a number of contracts.The contracts are split into two boroughs, both in South-East London, covering all forms of planned maintenance on social housing including EWI, windows/doors, roofing, external repairs, kitchen & bathroom replacements, new ventilation etc. The roles have come up due to internal promotions which has opened up vacancies, as well as a general expanding of works.
The Contracts Manager will have a history of working in the planned maintenance sector for social housing and will be someone who can come in and manage a team of Project Managers and Site Managers as well as being the main liaison between the contractor and the end client.
This Contracts Manager role is being offered on a permanent basis, paying up to £75k + Package.
