A well-established Belfast-based joinery and interior fit-out contractor is currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple commercial fit-out and bespoke joinery projects across Northern Ireland and the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with strong project oversight experience to join a growing contractor delivering high-quality interior and joinery packages for commercial clients.
The Role
As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing several projects simultaneously from pre-construction through to completion. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
You will work closely with site teams, clients, and subcontractors to maintain smooth project delivery and strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee multiple joinery and interior fit-out projects
Manage project programmes, budgets, and resources
Coordinate with site managers, design teams, and subcontractors
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Monitor quality control and health & safety compliance
Attend site meetings and liaise directly with clients
Support commercial teams with project cost management and variations
Provide leadership and direction to site teams
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience as a Contracts Manager / Senior Project Manager within fit-out, interiors, or joinery
Strong understanding of commercial construction project delivery
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong client-facing ability
Full UK driving licence
