Hours: Full Time (40 hours)

Pay: £40k to £60k

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Construction Operations / Officer Manager to join one of our clients, provides services to leading industries in construction such as Industrial, Residential, Educational, Commercial and Health.

Benefits: Monday to Friday, 40 hours, Holidays, Pension.

The Role: Office Management and involved of all areas of the business. Construction Management, Procurement, Liaising with Suppliers, Progress Reports, Sub-Contractor Payments, Submissions, Health and Safety Knowledge, Programmes, Quality Reporting.

The Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in Site / Construction / Project Management.


• Technical knowledge in the Construction Industry from ground up.


• Knowledgeable in the Irish and UK Markets.


• Any Qualifications beneficial in H&S, Business, Project Management.


• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. 


• Work with a high attention to detail and accuracy. 


• Ability to drive as the role may require travel to site occasionally.
